We are currently allowing clients into the building, and only require masks for those clients who are NOT FULLY VACCINATED.
Fully vaccinated clients do not need to mask but masks are provided at the front door. Please be mindful we have vulnerable staff who cannot vaccinate.
If you are visiting us for an appointment, we ask that you leave your pet in the vehicle, check in at reception to receive your pager and then return to your vehicle until you are paged.
If your pet is scheduled for a surgery or inpatient visit such as dentals or diagnostic exam, we ask that you leave your pet in the vehicle, come into reception to fill out paperwork, and once our staff is ready, we will have you go get your pet for drop off.
