Our clinic will be temporarily closing our lobby and building to non-employees. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this change.
We are now able to accept checkins via text to help avoid jammed phone lines and minimize your wait. Please follow these check in steps upon arrival for your appointment:
1. Remain in your vehicle.
2. Text (307) 634-7255 with your name, pets name, vehicle description or parking curbside number.
3. We will respond to you via text then come to you with paperwork and to retrieve your pet from the vehicle for your appointment.
If you are unable to use texting to check in you will follow these check in steps:
1. Remain in your vehicle.
2. Call (307) 634-7255, press 0 for reception and give your name, pets name and vehicle description to the reception staff.
3. We will come to your vehicle to retrieve your pet, or give you other instructions.
**Please remember to use the refill line for prescription or food requests. We will need 24 to 48hrs notice to fill them.**
PLEASE BE KIND TO OUR STAFF WHILE WE DO OUR BEST TO PROVIDE CARE AND SERVICE TO YOU AND YOUR PETS. WE WILL BE WORKING WITH LESS STAFF AND MORE STEPS IN EVERY ASPECT OF SERVICE. THIS MAY MEAN LONGER WAIT TIMES, DELAYS IN RESPONSES TO CALLS OR QUESTIONS. BUT WE ARE ALL DEDICATED TO MAKING EVERY EFFORT TO CONTINUE THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF CARE WE CAN GIVE AND TO KEEP THESE INCONVENIENCES TO A MINIMUM FOR YOU.
